Blow house hunters away with 3D Showcase – an immersive, online 3D experience that gives buyers a chance to explore the nooks and crannies of a property before they’ve set a foot inside. We can even drop room plans and photos into the tour to provide a seamless user experience.
Used alongside professional photography, virtual tours give all potential buyers peace of mind by providing added transparency to a listing. No tricks, no gimmicks, what they see is what they’ll get!
ELEVATED MAST / AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
For higher value, larger properties or ones where ground-based photography won’t quite cut it, we are fully CAA drone certified and can also provide elevated photography with a 50ft mast to truly put the scale or location of a property into perspective.
EPCs
Available with a quick turnaround, all Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are carried out by an accredited & professional domestic energy assessor.
FLOOR PLANS
One of the most effective property marketing tools, a professional floor plan allows potential buyers to understand the scale and flow of a property and visualise how the spaces could work for them.
We provide professionally produced 2D floor plans, as well as 3D floor plans which are incorporated into our Matterport immersive, 3D tours.
